  • Omega Dosn't Hold a Candle to The Lost Canvas
I had recently finished Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas on Crunchyroll. The ending was quite the cliffhanger and wanted to know what happens. This will not answer any of my questions. This is not what I wanted. It was hard enough to get pas the animation style. This is horrible. I think I'll just try to download the original Saint Seiya. Since it's not offered on Crunchyroll and it seems it went over ...

  • Saint Seiya Omega is good
Have been keeping up with every episode and enjoy watching it. Seeing the characters grow and get stronger seems to really get me into the anime. Great to see an anime that is a bit more lengthy in episodes and does not really have any filler to it. Id definitely recommend it.

  • very campy but gotta love it
IF you like the old school cartoon feel where you can expect whats coming but just want to relive your past with better animation this is the show for you. From episode one it draws you in and yeah it does kinda slow down later on i have yet to lose interest in this show and I'm on like episode 50 so its good for me. (i'm very picky about my anime too)

  • Good for mindless laughs or white noise...
This anime is, without a doubt, one of the most poorly written I have ever watched. This anime is a kaleidoscope of 1-dimensional characters, inept/lazy plotting, horrid pacing, and regurgitative action. The way they "grow" in their powers is a one trick pony, doing the exact same moves, saying the exact same lines, literally, over, and over, and over, and over again for each, let me spell it, ...

  • Its like Pulling Teeth..
I dont know why I keep coming back for this series.....but I do. I'm at the episode where they finally confront Mars. By this time......my god its so laborsome to watch but I cant stop watching. I have now gotten to the point where I have to literally force myself to watch it because I just need to find out HOW IT ENDS!

My summary of any conflict in Omega:
Koga's Team arrives on some ...

  • FINALLY it's getting better!!
For any of you first-time viewers, good luck... Not really worth watching if you didn't know the original series and LOVED it.

If you loved the first Saint Seiya series or LC and haven't watched this already, don't waste your time watching this from the start -- just go for the synopsis for the first half of the first story arc, and start where the protagonists are going through the Sanctuary. ...

  • This is a enjoyable anime
I really do enjoy this anime but I had to stop watching it for awhile because I kind of felt that it kept doing the same thing over and over but then I decided to come back and watch it and love the fact that they are getting so much stronger. I think I will keep watching it this time.

Pretty Good If Not Compared to the Original or Lost Canvas
Alright, so I have not seen the original Seiya, but I'm gonna go with the general consensus that it's better than Omega.

Now, I'm all for differentiating opinions and all, but what bothers me about this vs the original is that people fail to realize that this is a spin-off and has little to do with the original, even though we see some borrowed elements. Toei ...
