well dhoko doesnt die, dhoko is shiryu's master on the original Saint Seiya and Shion was the pope after that holy war. but this ending is BS lol i wanted to see more action!!

They stopped the anime somewhat close to the halfway point of the manga. This last episode covers the events in chapter 95 of the manga and the manga has a total of 223 chapters. Happy reading...

@BigBird: yeap looks like season 3 was cancelled after looking for more info on this anime. A brand new series did begin though: Saint Seiya Omega. For those that want the conclusion, you should start reading the manga at chapter 96.

Guys, keep in mind that most anime based off of a manga is made solely to promote said manga. If the anime is getting people to buy the manga then the anime has done its job and doesn't need to continue anymore.
