  • excellent show......
Beautifully done yuri/shoujo ai anime that I have seen in awhile. Funny and realistic in the emotional context of girls falling in love and what to do with those feelings. I wish that it expanded more with more episodes but I am happy to see anime being done in a way that doesn't focus only on a girls physique. Rather it focuses on the characters intellectual and emotional maturity and how they ...

  • A good series, but barely got started
I am writing this after having watched the anime and having read the entirety of the manga to its completion. I can say now that Sasameki Koto is one of my favorite yuri manga that I have read. It's certainly not perfect, but what it does well, it does really well and is definitely worth the read.

Ushio Kazama is pretty open about her homosexuality. However, she has a stated preference of "cute ...

  • Absolutely Wonderful
This was a great show. I read the manga and was brought to tears when it ended. I still wish they continued the anime further. If you like yuri then i suggest you watch this haha. Its a cute drama. But not too much drama (thank goodness lol).

Great show EXPIRES August 30th, 2013
Really dug this show. Not the greatest ending. It really needed a second season or a few OVAs. I'll be checking out the manga, chapter 50 i believe
Really funny. There are a lot of layers to the protagonist. cute girls. Never seen anything like this

Like I said in the title, this show expires August 30, 2013 as the license is about to expire. too bad

You will be missed, Sasameki Koto
I was saddened by the news that Crunchyroll would stop streaming Sasameki Koto at the end of August due to licensing issues.

Sasameki Koto is a yuri anime about Sumika Murasame , a smart, athletic girl who has a secret crush on her best friend, Ushio Kazama. Although Ushio is openly lesbian, she "only likes cute girls" which makes things complicated for Sumika, who is cool, and really good at ...

    Intense, Witty and Warm
This is one of those rare anime that has wonderful story, fine art and a lively dialogue that mixes elements of drama, comedy and romance in a careful balance to make it seem carefree. With the playful nature of the way the characters interact, and the fantastic use of the love-triangle through the mid to late portions in this series, it makes the teen-angst of misunderstanding and projected ...

    ;n; Y U END, Sasameki Koto?
Sasameki Koto is a really fun, realistic yuri that gets the tears going. Funny and heart grabbing, this series is definately worth watching. But I don't understand why they would rush the anime to come out when the manga is still ongoing. If I recall correctly, the anime ends at about chapter 12 if anyone feels like continuing after.

  • a very... different show
i thought the anime was good and it has some funny parts in it .
but i think the story line is strange. like about how it was a love story between girls.
guess it all depends on what you enjoy to watch.

Good, if with an Abrupt Ending
I enjoyed this series, surprisingly enough. I guess I've got a hidden soft spot for Shoujo-Ai.

I'd say it's an entertaining if occasionally frustrating use of the friendzone concept applied to Yuri.

Also, the series comes to somewhat of an abrupt ending. On the one hand, ce la vie, and it does seem they may be resolving some of their issues, but I just happen to want more.
    Maybe I'll look ...
