  • Amazing Romantic Story

    In many ways this animation connects with the viewers more successfully then other Romantic shows I have seen. The storyline keeps you on the edge of your seat bouncing like a schoolboy/girl while you chew your finger nails hoping the relationship between Mei and Yamato gets past this latest bump. I give it 5 stars for storyline, originality, and style.

    This series in my opinion really followed what a relationship is in real life, not only in the happy moments but also in the insecurities of a girl's feelings and even a guy's for that matter. It showed the ups and downs of relationships perfectly while still making it funny xD!

    This anime is definitely going on my re-watch list, it was fun, cute, and very enjoyable!

    As a 13 year old boy I don't watch too many romance animes but Say " I Love You " changed that completely! It was very sweet and even though it didn't have any action like most anime I watch, it still kept me hooked. The only disappointing thing is the fact that there is only 13 episodes. Hopefully there is going to be a season 2.

    I honestly love this anime as cliche as it may be, mainly because I see myself in Mei. I like that I'm able to relate to her and her everyday problems of having to deal with people, school and forming relationships.     I thought that Say "I love you" was an adorable shojo anime about a plain girl liking the most popular guy in high school. I had so many fangirl moments while watching this! This anime kind of reminds me of myself because I used to not have any friends until someone showed me that friends are everything.

    I thought the story-line was typical. The loner-girl, who has hardly any friends. The popular hot guy turns out to like the loner-girl, she doesn't feel like she fits into his lifestyle, etc.
    The beginning of the anime was good, but the ending was complete shit. I was very disappointed in this anime. The characters were drawn very nicely though.

There's a decent amount of character development for 12 episodes and you really feel for the main protagonists and you want them to succeed and have their happily ever after.     It's hard to accept that the series only have 13 episodes. Say "I love you" is extremely romantic and base on the episode 13, the story is just getting started. I hope there's a continuation. Tachimato

    This isn't a bad anime... I stopped watching at ep 8 and picked it back up recently... Its not so bad, i enjoyed it though it may be a tad boring at times... I wish there was a bit more humor... But the characters are really well fleshed out..

    Like the title says though, it reminded me a lot of another anime called "my little monster"... Which was also a good anime... they aren't great but they ...
