    It's...okay. Needs better character development.
Personally, I could never quite warm up to the main characters in this. I think I know what Mei was supposed to be (shy, guarded, inexperienced, sensitive but with an inner strength or integrity) but that's not what's actually portrayed through her actions. She's sort of childish, moody, antisocial, and inconsistent. The word inconsistent pretty much sums up everything about Yamato, and all of the ...

    Something Special <3
I've seen my fair share of quality anime but this is something special. It takes a certain mixture of story, characters and art to bring it all in for me and Say "I Love You" does it perfectly. I get this heaving feeling in my chest whenever I'm moved by anime and every episode has done this. I can feel their emotions and its beautiful. I get teary eyed whenever Mei is going through hard times ...

    LOVE ♥ Cute Romance Story
If you are an anti social person who don't have many friends or have trust issues - i recommend this series because it shows you that you CAN make friends if you put your self out there and TRY! EFFORT! I love how she changes bit by bit and her bf is super patient with her. You can see growth in her character. Everyone have their own stories and their own scars, but overall we are all alike. We ...

Good story line, so-so execution *no spoilers*
Unless this is your first shojo then you should be used to this trope. Popular guy falls for unpopular girl. However unlike the norm, they waste no time establishing these two as a pair. It's refreshing in that the "whole does he/she like me" is over pretty much episode 2 which allows you to see the relationship grow. The bad thing about it is nothing ever really establishes why these two actually ...

    Acceptance and Love!
I've read the manga, which I think is still on-going, not really sure.
And I've finished watching the anime too. It's a lovely and sweet story of a girl who can't seem to find people who will accept her and then meets a guy the polar opposite of who she is - out-going, kind and a group of friends - all of which she doesn't have.
The story progresses as the main character discovers new things all ...

    Really Lovely Story...
I went looking for something upbeat to watch when I was feeling down and stumbled onto this anime. It wasn't remotely what I was looking for, and yet it left me with a feeling of peace and hope, which I always value. I liked Tachibana's forthright dealings with people, and the way she reached out, even to people who had hurt her, without realizing that she was looking to connect.

    There were ...

One Of The Best Animes I've Seen In Awhile
I honestly never expected to enjoy this as much as I did.
Everything about it is amazing; the characters, the plot, the emotions, and of course the character developments. I really liked the individual backstories for the characters as well, really gave an all new perspective to their actions and feelings. It makes you feel like you know them on a more personal level.
    I laughed, I ...

    Second Season????? PLEASEE
This was by far the cutest story I have ever seen. Yet, my issue is only with it dying out by the end of the last episode. There was a build up from the beginning but there was not right for them to go and kill the entire mood out like that!!! I enjoyed the main character stand 'off-attitude' about her. How else would you act if you feel in love!!!!!??? Their relationship seems to start blossoming ...

It's more than a beautiful love story.
This anime is one of my most loved of all time, i am constantly recommending it to people, and once you watch it you'll surely understand why. Yes it may be one of those 'loser girl gets popular guy' type, but the fact that she didn't want anything to do with him makes it that much better. Besides being a beautiful love story, it also tackles the reality of isolation and ...

Super Duper Cute! Happy, Good-Feeling Show!
Let me tell you, I am a huge sucker for romance stories, and this one gave me so many feelings. It was absolutely adorable.

It's not new to see one character being the super quiet "outcast", and the other being "hot and popular," HOWEVER, Say "I love you" gave both such relatable, well conveyed back stories that I hardly remembered that they were the typical romance characters.

    The ...
