  • Romance Can't Get Much Better Than This
I love a good romance...not those cheesy ones...a really well-done one with great drama and emotion.

Let's just say that this completely fits the bill and then some.

The characters are well developed throughout the series. From the lonely ones to the most popular, they all are flawed, and these problems are portrayed quite nicely. Also, the character interactions and the romance are able to ...

    Great beginning but dissatisfying ending
Review title says it all. Despite the strong initial episodes, the ending was not very fulfilling. In fact, the last episode was rather annoying to watch.

Overall, a simple and pleasant anime to watch, but does not leave a lasting impression on the viewer.

  • Mixes Realism with High Sugar Content
Say "I Love You" taps into most of the standard shojo tropes. There are various rivals, miscommunication, cute little sisters, festival episode, illness episode, etc. However, I didn't mind it because the anime is so nice and light that I found it oddly refreshing. There's a lot of focus on friendship and the social pressures in high school that these kids face from bullying to self image. This ...

One of the cutest I've seen this year!
I really fell in love with this anime the moment I started the first episode. It was super cute and very refreshing from the type of anime I've been watching lately. Tachibana Mei is such a love-able character despite her "flaws" of being rather reclusive and withdrawn. I was routing for her throughout the entire series! I wish it wasn't so short though because it was that good

    7/10 They more dynamic
This show was EXTREMELY unsatisfying. The ending gave you no closure. They're relationship made barely any progress. There was hardly and character dynamics, and when there were, it was just like BOOM out of nowhere. It was just a major waste of time

  • A heartwarming anime you wont want to miss
When I first started watching this, I was a bit skeptical but as it progressed I saw more and more of myself in Mei. It was so heartwarming to see her change drastically from someone shut off from the world to being so open to friends and relationships. It really inspired me and gave me the courage to be myself and not worry about what others think of me. Enjoy my time with friends and family ...

    Say "I Love You" Review
Say "I Love You" is a wonderfully executed anime. It is unique in it's own special way. The story follows a girl named Tachibana Mei who is generally shy and reserved. One day, she accidentally injures the most popular guy in school, Kurosawa Yamato and things take place from there...
