    at first i was slightly confused but as the anime started to really ejoy and it a the ability to take you down a emotional journey which is really special and to honest why might not get an anime like this for a while cause is just to good charaters are amazing the plot and everthing else definitely reccomend this anime to anyone out there .

    ok this anime was as I say as fun as playing with a cat it was funny and cute but I needed something more to it like a day and night of love that would have bin a great episode for me and hopefully to many other viewers as well over all I loved this anime I hoe there are more like it

    You take a young, shy, female loner and add a confident all too willing to please popular guy and you get this anime. It was a good watch and I got way too wrapped up in the characters for a short anime. I think of all the animes that premiered Fall 2013, Say "I Love You" is my favorite.

    I love Kim ni todoke and my little monster but this is my favourite anime on crunchyroll- i also love sekaiichi hatsukoi its so cute
    i cried a bunch of times- i hate the model girl but i also feel really bad for her

  • Great series and a gem

    When I first heard about the fact that they were going to adapt this into an anime I was skeptical because I've never heard of this series before but once I read the plot summary I thought the general plot was amazing.
    Once I saw the first half of the first episode I knew that this would be a gem and was instantly hooked.

    What I really enjoyed about this anime was that i could relate to it. No my boyfriend didn't go eat dinner at some other girls house but we did have a few things that needed to be worked on, and the thing was i was handling it just the way that Mei was. This anime helped me solve how to proficiently handle my personal situations.

    Personally, I could never quite warm up to the main characters in this. I think I know what Mei was supposed to be (shy, guarded, inexperienced, sensitive but with an inner strength or integrity) but that's not what's actually portrayed through her actions.     This anime was also heart-warming, occasionally perverted, and there were so many kisses, I couldn't survive. I fangirled half of the anime.
    Although, this anime was fast-paced, since Mei and Yamato get together on the first episode. But damn, Yamato's sexy. ಠuಠ . Mei's lucky, oh my god. ;w;
