Wow...I really loved

This is one of the best animes I have ever watched ( right after Hanasaku Iroha and Skip Beat!). The two main characters Mei, and Yamato, are cliche characters. Yamato being the pretty boy everyone wants, and Mei being the girl who has never had friends and doesn't enjoy being around people. This is one of the best animes I have ever watched ( right after Hanasaku Iroha and Skip Beat!). The two main characters Mei, and Yamato, are cliche characters. Yamato being the pretty boy everyone wants, and Mei being the girl who has never had friends and doesn't enjoy being around people. But what I think is truly amazing about this show is that it goes in depth into the characters and gives them a very relatable (even if you are nothing like them).This show has some very serious themes that include ; accepting yourself for who you are, trusting others, how to care for another person. And though it has some serious themes, the show is actually pretty hilarious too, with the awkward things Mei says, to the boob jokes and perverted ways of Nakanishi. Along with the comedy there are also several, sweet couple moments between Yamato and Mei, that you can't help but smile at. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone who likes a good Romdramedy (?).

This show deserves a five star y? Because its just so much drama that yu want to know about! like when ever yur done with one episode yur so curious that whats gunna happen in the next episode! I just cant wait to watch episode 12!!

I want to give it five stars, because the build up of anticipation is excellent.

if episode 12 was the last i definitely would recommend the producers making a second season.

i hope that all who have seen this anime will agree with me.

I truly admire this anime. I read the manga and although there are slight differences, the creators put this together perfectly. I just finished the 12th episode and it is a must watch. I love anime, and this is a show i would recommend for anyone who likes shoujo. I actually held back a few tears on that last episode. I personally find Megumi Kitagawa's character more distinguished. I was ...

I personally find Megumi Kitagawa's character more distinguished. I was surprised at the outcome and her change in attitude. I can honestly write about Suki-tte ii na yo for days. I liked this anime. It is simple to say the least, but it covers a growing problem that is spreading world wide. People afraid to be themselves. People scared to open themselves up to others. I Cried Too Many Times.

This anime was also heart-warming, occasionally perverted, and there were so many kisses, I couldn't survive. I fangirled half of the anime.
Although, this anime was fast-paced, since Mei and Yamato get together on the first episode. But damn, Yamato's sexy. ಠuಠ . Mei's lucky, oh my god. ;w;
Truthfully, this anime is VERY SIMILAR to Kimi ni Todoke and My Little Monster. c: But I'll always love ...

It's...okay. Needs better character development.

Personally, I could never quite warm up to the main characters in this. I think I know what Mei was supposed to be (shy, guarded, inexperienced, sensitive but with an inner strength or integrity) but that's not what's actually portrayed through her actions. She's sort of childish, moody, antisocial, and inconsistent. The word inconsistent pretty much sums up everything about Yamato, and all of the ...

She's sort of childish, moody, antisocial, and inconsistent. The word inconsistent pretty much sums up everything about Yamato, and all of the situations the two face are really contrived. Some of it doesn't even make sense, like

the past relationship between Yamato and Aiko or the smacker's play for Mei.
One of the upsides to the series is the development of Megu's character. It's not because I enjoy or approve of her actions that I say that. It's because she's one of the more insightfully executed characters in the show. She makes sense, and is somewhat realistic. She is who she was intended to be by the author. I can say the same for Kai who is not only who the author intended him to be, but is actually pretty likable to boot. I can't say I've sat with bated breath each week for the next episode, but I did stick in there 'til the end so that counts for something. I can't recommend this series, but I don't advise against it either.

OMG I think this anime is very similar to "My little monster" and " Kimi ni todoke" since all three are about the shy/outcast gilrs in school that fall in love with the hottest guys in school and I think that that's what makes it so cute and I cant tell you how many times I've screamed at my PC screen when something bad happens in any of them and how my heart thumps and I start to shake when it ...

OMG I think this anime is very similar to "My little monster" and " Kimi ni todoke" since all three are about the shy/outcast gilrs in school that fall in love with the hottest guys in school and I think that that's what makes it so cute and I cant tell you how many times I've screamed at my PC screen when something bad happens in any of them and how my heart thumps and I start to shake when it comes to the romantic scenes <3 I could watch these over and over again and never get bored haha! I want more, so much more

What I really enjoyed about this anime was that i could relate to it. No my boyfriend didn't go eat dinner at some other girls house but we did have a few things that needed to be worked on, and the thing was i was handling it just the way that Mei was. This anime helped me solve how to proficiently handle my personal situations.
On top of that this anime is cute and not rushed and not to ...

Everything now a days just soaks shows in drama, so much so that it never gets out of it and it gets tiring, and eventually you just don't care, but not with this anime. even though a lot of "stressful" things happen in this anime, it keeps this mellow, calm, quiet tone about it. Its something that you never see anymore, and i really enjoyed it.

Great series and a gem

When I first heard about the fact that they were going to adapt this into an anime I was skeptical because I've never heard of this series before but once I read the plot summary I thought the general plot was amazing.
Once I saw the first half of the first episode I knew that this would be a gem and was instantly hooked.
