    As of april 2011 the live action tv was resumed, and has 14 episodes. The show is still popular, as is the anime and manga, I wonder if we will really stop here. Just wanted to throw out a little research I did.

    So this was directed by Kiyoko Sayama, with Hal Film Maker, and hosted by TvTokyo. I dont see much explaning the halt of anime, other then it wasnt halted just never resumed.. the manga is still ongoing at 29 volumes.
