  • I love it! You will too!
This anime has it all: comedy, drama, sadness, happiness, love, hate, and revenge.

I absolutely love this anime because it's a romantic/anti-romantic story, as Kyoko seeks to get revenge on the man she did everything for but hurt her anyway and as another man seeks her heart. It's beautiful.

  • I love the storyline this follows!

And I really, really like the angel/demon eps!!

    I would rate this (on over-all scale(( 100%): 50% romance, 20% drama, 20% action, and 10% other content( art, back-story, ...

    Skip Beat Is Number One
The story of Skip Beat! is about Kyoko Mogami, a wistful yet cheery sixteen year-old girl who loves her childhood friend, Shotaro, but is cruelly betrayed and thus seeks revenge against him. .

Skip Beat Is One Of The Most Funniest Animes Ive Ever Seen. You would be surprised, comical, and scared in this anime story line. This Would Be A Must Watch

    skip beat! series review
This anime/manga is like one of my tops. I really recommend this because it's full of hilariousness and comedy. The first episode should really get you interested. I really love Kyoko. She is like my goddess. It's also not really full of romance even though it's shoujo which I really like about. The plot is also interesting. IF you finish the anime READ THE MANGA!!! Trust me. If you think that's ...

Entertaining, but same old crap. Just saying there's nothing new about it, I guess most anime this days is like that, not worth watching. I actually did watch this, I'll forget about it in a while. Just saying.

Great anime, but cut too short.
Skip Beat is a really unique show... the characters are fun, and there are a lot of hilarious laugh-out-loud moments throughout. I think others have already given excellent reviews in that regard already.

The only thing I would add is that this anime was cut short and the ending was kind of tacked onto the last 2 minutes of the last episode. The manga, however, does continue the adventure, so ...

    Met my expectations!!!
I'm not one to normally read the manga after watching an anime just because I wanted to see more. If that happens, then the anime I watched must have been excellent. This is one of those animes. In the end, I was left wanting muuuchhh more. I sought out the Manga and read it all and am currently waiting the next chapter. I would give this a 10/10

Amazing, a complicated but wonderful story!
Kyoko Mogami was cast away by her friend Shotaro. She also had a friend, who she had thought was a fairy, Corn aka Ren Tsuruga. Kyoko tries to get revenge on Sho by entering showbiz. At first she fails the audition, but then is accepted into the new Love Me section, which specializes with people who have talent but lack something important. She learns acting, and slowly gains the trust and ...
