Not for everyone, but worth the time.

12 minutes of MMD robots talking about laughter, nothing different form most Moe shows today, but just half the time per episode. 12 minutes of MMD robots talking about laughter, nothing different form most Moe shows today, but just half the time per episode. Yet this one has a spark, and when the banter realy gets going you can't help but love the characters, as the show takes it's time for you to get to know the three. The show has no real story until you hit the last episode, and it is surprisingly well done, leaving you a bit sad that it's over.

This show manages to be what it set out to become; entertaining, and funny. With each episode only 12 minus long, it's easy to just sit down and watch, without you feeling like your time has gone to wast.

Rather Cute anime. :)

Having watched this all the way through I found it rather cute. When I first saw this I thought it would be action packed. But no it wasn't, instead it was 3 domestic robots trying to stop the fighting by trying to discover laughter. The ending was pretty sad though. Yes it is 15 minutes but I think that's what makes it good. It doesn't drag anything on too long by having the characters focus ...

Seems more like a web series a bunch of high school kids produced in their spare time. With free software. Which MMD is.
Tell me this isnt actually shown on TV? That it IS just a web series?|I know I wont be watching any more.

Sorry, there's no art to poorly told jokes

An anti-humor comedy anime in which all the main characters are robots who don't understand what humor is. Then, there's the actual animation which is surprisingly clunky CGI. Maybe I'd be impressed by the CGI if this was 1998, but not these days.

Este es uno de esos shows de tómalo o déjalo, sobre todo en los primeros episodios.

En cierta forma la premisa es similar a gdgd fairies pues cada episodio trata de mini-skits que se desarrollan mientras los robots tratan de comprender la risa e incluso ambos cuentan también con una sección sin script (el Lago de Doblaje en gdgd y el Archivo General en STRA). Una pequeña "falla" (considerando ...

Este es uno de esos shows de tómalo o déjalo, sobre todo en los primeros episodios.

En cierta forma la premisa es similar a gdgd fairies pues cada episodio trata de mini-skits que se desarrollan mientras los robots tratan de comprender la risa e incluso ambos cuentan también con una sección sin script (el Lago de Doblaje en gdgd y el Archivo General en STRA). Una pequeña "falla" (considerando al publico mundial) es que en los primeros 7 episodios contienen referencias casi exclusivamente de shows y rutinas cómicas japonesas por lo que quienes no se encuentren versados en ellas no le encontraran mucho sentido (megane! megane!).

En fin, un "anime" diferente, un poco difícil de digerir de buenas a primeras, sobre todo por la barrera cultural.

Too advanced for the modern audience

I would not expect anyone to comprehend the level of humour that is being handled by the author in this piece. I wont even bother to call this something as lowly as anime, this is a true comedic piece and I have to say: I will not expect anyone to actually understand what is truly going on. You will probably watch this and dismiss it as having terrible animation and unnapealing dialogue, but I ...

I would not expect anyone to comprehend the level of humour that is being handled by the author in this piece. I wont even bother to call this something as lowly as anime, this is a true comedic piece and I have to say: I will not expect anyone to actually understand what is truly going on. You will probably watch this and dismiss it as having terrible animation and unnapealing dialogue, but I will say you simply do not comprehend the level of humour that is being handled here and you should go back to more basic, juvenile humour the likes of youtube videos of people being kicked in the balls or fat people tripping. The author is really going beyond what the modern audience comprehends completely deconstructing the elements of common comedy and in episode 11 finally brings all these elements back to create a punchline of an exaggerated magnitude of humour, and I have to say, I admire his dedication to true comedy and I admire the fact that he disregards the common audience and simply appeals to the finest "catadores" of humour.

There's also the "experiment" sections which practice a less sophisticated form of humour yet really gets me with its juvenile, unrefined style. The seiyuu sections are ok, Ookubo Rumi truly has a sense of humour which makes me like her even more.

Ten out of ten, would watch again.

ok so theres a bunch of robots fighting each other and then rockets flying everywhere and then they beat each other up with giant swords and theres hot robot babes and lots of funnys and its got the best plot ive seen since nyarko san
if u dont like this anime theres probably something worng with you

I almost turned it off as soon as it started. Playstation 1 grade character animation and totally no plot. Just three cute robots talking as though on a typical Japanese panel comedy chat show. As Mori often says in the show, "Den. Den. Den" (you ...

It took me a while to figure out what was going on here.

As they say in cheap sit-coms in 'humorous' situations, "It's not what you think..."

I almost turned it off as soon as it started. Playstation 1 grade character animation and totally no plot. Just three cute robots talking as though on a typical Japanese panel comedy chat show. As Mori often says in the show, "Den. Den. Den" (you have to watch it to get the joke).

But after a while I realised it's actually a systematic study of "What is humour?". They've literally used each episode to go through the 'grammar' of comedy. If you think about what they discuss in their futile attempts to replicate human comedy, you really learn a lot about how comedians have studied a science of what makes people laugh. We sit and laugh at the robots as they attempt to translate human humour into something that a robot can relate to and replicate. They mostly fail of course, but sometimes stumble inadvertently upon very funny situations that they don't "get" at all but have us in stitches.

After a while, even the low rent 3D graphics grew on me and the total package somehow works.

if reboot and excel saga had a love child... this would be the afterbirth. It tries so hard to be funny but if you keep kicking a dead horse, you'll only end up with ikea meatballs. why does this have so many episodes?
