    Introduction
If you enjoy your video games as much as I do, you someday hope to experience a time when full virtual reality technology exists, and instead of just playing video games, you get to live in them. In Sword Art Online, ...

Srsly What Took Me So Long....
Seriously what took me so long to watch this. I heard about it when a first came out in Japan and again when it was being aired/dubbed on Cartoon Network. However, my head must have been up my on butt, because I refused to watch it like everyone else was at the time. Which was weird for me, since I love the art style and story-line. It took my best friend to queue it on my Crucnchyroll account for ...

Great anime, but it could be better
SAO is one of my favourite animes, but started to go down
Some good thing about this anime is the characters and genre. The genre includes romance, action, a bit of humor, fantasy and drama. Animes like these keep you addicted to the screen. The characters are also a good thing. They all have a unique style.
Some bad things is the plot, second season and clothing (yes, clothing)
    For clothing, ...

    Could have been better
I really like Sword Art, I really do. However the world seems to focus around such little characters. In the first anime I feel it focuses far too much on Asuna and Kirito. The skipping between levels seems to tell a lot and this anime and story could have benefitted from not having a 100 tier MMO.

Show is very fun to watch.
Like the title of this review says, Sword Art Online is a very fun show to watch.

The only downside of this show I can think of is that many of the characters (Asuna, for example) show a less than good amount of personality. However, I believe this is made up for in the sense that the fight scenes are great.

    AMAZING story; Full of Feels.
NOTICE: This is more of a fangirl rant than an actual review. :)

Wow. I just finished watching this one, and I don't think I've cried so hard in...well...almost forever.
Let's start with the first season. First episode. I was shocked. Completely appalled. And completely hooked.
Since that first episode, these characters have...I don't want to say 'consumed' my life, but that's sort of how it ...

Great Anime, As Good as This Kind of Anime Gets
In a Nutshell: Yes, if you have not, watch this anime for crying out loud you will love it!!!!!!

I'm For: Great Storyline, Unique Characters, Kid-Friendly on most of the anime.

I'm Against: Errr..... Episode 24-25 of season 1 is not as kid-friendly as all the other episodes.

    The Verdict: 9/10
Episode 24-25 of Season 1 is not too big a deal, the rest of the anime is pure ...

    Beautiful, breath taking anime.
This is my first review so bare with me.
Sword Art Online is one of the best anime series I have ever seen. The story is simply amazing! Although the story gets "worse" later on, according to lots of people, even at its worst it is still quite fantastic. Everything about the characters and how they develop throughout the series, and all the fantastic art work, there is something in SAO for ...

Well thought out anime with a rushed ending
This series had a great build over the first half, working to introduce viewers to characters, the eco-system of the game, and to the psychological and physical battles the characters faced on a day to day basis within the game universe.

While I loved the series, I felt like the ending became very sloppy and rushed, and ultimately took away from the story overall.

The first season is a must-see
The first season (14 episodes) is an awesome must-see, and is basically stand-alone. Subsequent stuff isn't bad, just not as stellar. Clearly, they saw they had a phenomenal hit with the first season and decided to make more money. (I'm not against that; it just never turns out as good. I admire the creators who know when something is artistically complete, and move on to the next thing.)

    Basic ...
