Cool this mite be good.

well the pv was ok but cant wait to really see it. because i need to see if its any good to put in my favorites and in my watch list too. it seems really cool to watch to me. well cant wait to watch it. well that's my review of it.

Manga; Deserving of Animation

For those who didn't know, this anime originated as a manga, (like most animes do) of which I am currently reading (thank you, Shonen Jump ^^). From the first chapter, I was hooked. The plot was great, and illistrations unique and well made, and the names of characters and towns were so different that it truly felt like I was reading a story placed in a whole other world. For those who didn't know, this anime originated as a manga, (like most animes do) of which I am currently reading (thank you, Shonen Jump ^^). From the first chapter, I was hooked. The plot was great, and illistrations unique and well made, and the names of characters and towns were so different that it truly felt like I was reading a story placed in a whole other world. When I heard that this manga was being formed into a full anime, I was ecstatic. I absolutely can't wait for it. If I were you, I would follow it closely. As for me, I will be most definitally be watching closely and will try to pick out any differences of the manga vs. the anime, although It doesn't concern me much. I am positively certain that this anime will follow the manga intently, and will live up to it's expected standard, as set by me. ^_^
Long story short: I truly believe with all my heart that this anime will be very interesting and worth watching.

Tegami Bachi: The Animation

Anyone who's read the manga 'Tegami Bachi' (the English version is available licensed by Viz) will be glad to see that the animation hasn't chipped away at the beautiful illustrations and will probably be ecstatic to see their favorite characters come to animated life.

The illustrations really compliment the overall 'mood' or 'theme' of the unique storyline and will never leave you thinking, ...

Anyone who's read the manga 'Tegami Bachi' (the English version is available licensed by Viz) will be glad to see that the animation hasn't chipped away at the beautiful illustrations and will probably be ecstatic to see their favorite characters come to animated life.

The illustrations really compliment the overall 'mood' or 'theme' of the unique storyline and will never leave you thinking, "Man... All the characters look exactly the same except for their hairstyles." No, the characters of 'Tegami Bachi' all have unique personalities and actually have different body and facial features that differentiate them from one another.

(Un)Fortunately, the music in the animation appears to be very minimalistic (judging from the first episode). There is very little background music going on throughout the entire episode, but the ones that are used definitely work and help add to the present mood. Depending on how you look at it, this is a very nice way to make each 'musical scene' stand out and appear more dramatic without ever distracting the viewer, or one may think that there is too little music for an animated show. Personally, I don't think the lack of music poses any sort of problem. The music that is there fits every scene and the sound effects alone (in the parts without music) provide enough of an audio aid anyway.

Overall, try giving 'Tegami Bachi' a chance. If the animation is anything like the manga (which it probably will be), then the storyline and characters get more and more well-developed as time goes on and it's definitely worth every minute of watching/reading.

Tegami Bachi introduces a world of perpetual night, where brave Letter Bees delivers letters from town to town. Amberground is a dangerous place, and the further away from the capital, Akatsuki, and its artificial sun, the darker and more dangerous it becomes. Gauche Suede is on his last delivery before a promised promotion, and all he wants to do is get his last letter delivered. When he learns that the letter is actually Lag, a young boy whose mother was abducted, he’s not in for his usual delivery run. Can he safely deliver the traumatized Lag to his final destination on the outskirts of Yodaka?

Tegami Bachi is featured in Shonen Jump magazine (before it got made into video series), and is primarily geared toward teen boys. But like Harry Potter, Tegami Bachi has the right stuff to appeal to both male and female readers: thrilling action, a magical world full of mysteries, likeable characters that are worth caring about, and lovely artwork, all done with a touch of light-hearted humor. I found the world building in Tegami Bachi a bit more interesting than the actual plot itself. It’s not your run of the mill shounen action setting, and I liked that aspect of the story. This spin on postal workers makes the job seem so much more glamorous.

Overall, a promising start to a series that will hopefully get even better from here.

B+ for me!

My Humble Review of Tegami Bachi: Letter Bee

This anime has good art work and coloring, I love the way they gave a little info on the characters of Gauche, Lag, and Roda. You learn a little about their social hierarchy, that you just can't travel between towns without a pass and that points are required to get one of these passes. You have in this anime adventure, love, friendship, comedy and intrigue. Just why did they take his mom away ...

This anime has good art work and coloring, I love the way they gave a little info on the characters of Gauche, Lag, and Roda. this anime originated from a manga
before i watch this anime, i thought it will be a lame show for me to watch this show.
but when i try it out, i got seriously addicting on it, and i can't wait for the next episode to out.
the animation is really amazing (:
and the storyline is good too.
from the first episode, i can find out that this anime is good.
im looking forward for the next ...

I have read and is still currently reading the manga series and is really good. If the anime is like the manga , then it will turn out to be good and is worth watching.
The story starts off with a Letter Bee name Gauche & his dingo called Roda who has to deliver a letter and comes to find out the letter is actually a boy name Lag Seeing. As the story progress you will learn more about these two and there's a special surprise about Lag's left eye. So keep watching if you want to find out what it is.
