A must watch for every anime fans!
    Hi there.
This series is great. It is fun, have great characters and I found it interesting.
Have only watched season one so far.

But here is the thing you need to know, the order here is the broadcast order, and that is not the chronological order.
If you see E00 first, it WILL spoil a LOT! Trust me, dont do that.

Ok, the episodes under 2006 is season 1 and the one under 2009 is ...

The Melancholy of Confused Viewers - Awesome series ruined by misordered episodes.
Okay, let's start at the beginning. Seriously, I'm starting from the beginning. And there's a reason I'm starting from the beginning, even though starting from the beginning is seen as passe from some quarters of Anime Fandom.

When I first started watching this show, It became an impossible endeavor. The reason is because here on Crunchyroll, there's no way to solve the mystery of what ...

One girl can is all you need to change the world
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is a successful light novel series that not only has been adapted by a two season anime series (and two spin off), but also several manga series and has surprised an impressive number of people in Japan and all over the world.
This series tells the story of Kyon, your average teenager which has just started high school. On the first day of school, the girl ...

Just one of those animes you "have to watch"
I had no idea what to expect going into this anime. Only that everyone said I had to watch it at some point.

But I think going in blind made me enjoy it even more. I spent the first few episodes wondering whether I should believe what these characters are saying, but that made the payoff so much greater.

As a lot of people have said, Endless Eight is not a misnomer. It really feels like it ...

OMG!! Do what she says!! Now!!
What a Superb Show!! and let me tell you why...

The show has a story which will bend your mind. I found that the 2006 version can be watched in two different orders. One is the televised order and the other is the original written order. I watched the written order first and then the televised order, both are good.

The story revolves around Haruhi, a strong willed high school girl who does ...

  • Popular show doesn't equal excellent, but it's not bad, mostly
I'll admit, this was a good enough show. However, I didn't watch it until I was pretty well into my anime career, so it didn't seem as special as the hype suggests. Although, there is a certain bundle of episodes in one of the seasons that, well... let's say you feel like you've gained a badge of honor for watching them.

It would be wrong for me not to mention the good points. It is ...

  • Confused as heck, Be warned.
I watched this series several years ago, near when it first came out. At that time I was intrigued by the first season, always expecting something bigger to happen.

Though disappointed by the end of the season, I awaited for more.

By the time the second season had come out, the memories of the first season was in an odd shamble as I watched the episodes in broadcast and chronological ...

    A Great Sci-Fi/Slice-of-Life Combo Anime
One star has been removed because I'm still bitter about Endless Eight.

I could not say enough about this show. It's a unique story told very creatively, and I am thrilled that Crunchyroll has it up in original broadcast order. Yes, season 1 will probably be a bit confusing to newcomers - it was originally broadcast out of chronological order for canonical reasons which would ...

Thanks to the creator of this anime.
The melancholy of Haruhi suzumiya is my favorite anime of all time. Its great in everything, has made me laugh, cry, hate, bored to death in summer 2009 and many more. But this anime is something you would watch again and again because of it extraordinary unique story and characters. IT WILL ALWAYS BE SOS BRIGADE FOREVER!!!

    Dude, The Greatest Thing
I JUST FRIGGING LOVE THIS SHOW. Maybe it's because I see myself in Haruhi, I dunno. Maybe it's because all my friends remind me of Kyon. Maybe it's the music, maybe it's the script, maybe it's the animation. But it's just GREAT.
