    The Color of Greatness
If I knew I was going to love this show so much to want to write a review, I would've taken notes. The first episode alone had me hooked and I honestly didn't want to stop watching.

Interactions between Mashiro and Sorata were hilarious to start with and eventually developed into things deeper than teaching Shiina how to dress. Characters are well developed and play off each other naturally. ...

Very Enjoyable and With a Great Story
This was a fun show. I ended up caring a lot about each of the characters and felt that most were developed in the 24 episode series. There is a lot of comedy, some touching moments, but not much action. The interaction between the different characters was fun to watch and flowed naturally. I sincerely hope they add to this so we can see how everything plays out for their next year.

Very good anime, nearly tangible characters
I'm not one to watch anime that are just day-to-day life, nor romance. My personal preference are the darker ones that just get into your head. But this...
I've had nothing but enjoyment from this. Almost all of the characters are written well enough that they just seem REAL. I know an Aoyama, a Misaki, a Jin, a Ryu, and a Sorata. Hell, I've seen so many connections between myself and Sorata that ...

    Mediocre Anime Soap Oprea.
There is too much sappy scene of emotional melodrama that undermined the show. The characters' action is so predictable that I can see it coming from a miles away, the main cast's is used as an pitiful excuse for character development. The main cast is also filled with tropes, the tsundered, the Rei Ayanami, the Naruto and finally the dick. Over all it's like an anime soap oprea.

    my thoughts on this show
I was relatively new to watching anime at the time of watching this show. I had only finished watching around 2 shows prior (summer 2013). At the time, I was also going through a stint of being jaded and slightly "depressed" and found sanctuary in the greatness we call anime. This might have amplified my emotions. My opinion might be biased, but I firmly believe this is one of the best--if not the ...

  • THIS IS ONE OF THOSE ..
Starting out the way it did, I knew in fact i had found a show i can enjoy. Just through the first 5 episodes i had already been hooked on and exited about what was to come. I was glad it had a good 24 episodes and it's one of those that have leave's a huge impact towards the audience.

High hopes but left me disappointed
I really wanted to like this anime but after 17 episodes i grew to dislike the main protagonist.. he's to indecisive its not even enjoyable to watch anymore. Basically hes got 2 girls falling for him and he's to dense to even understand when one is showing affection. That being said i could care less about him and wish the main protagonist was someone else

  • I'm a action anime guy, but this was great!
As many other have said on here, I fell in love with the characters! They were all so well developed and had such strong personalities. I like to spread my anime shows apart by at least two days to let them sink in, but this I just had to watch the next episode every time!

Better than expected, yet still unsatisfying.
I really enjoyed this for the most part. I guess it shouldn't have come at a surprise to me that it went the way it did, but I can't help but feel a little unsatisfied with how the show ended. Maybe its because of my oddly powerful attraction to the underdog in nearly every situation, but this is like the fourth shojo I've seen in a row where the female lead is definitely not my personal romantic ...
