    Warning: Awsomness on Tap!!!
The Tower of Druaga is one of the most fun and original Anime series I have ever seen...PERIOD!!! This show makes you feel like you are in a world between a video game and an anime series, so it appeals to viewers on two levels. The characters and plot are complex, but not overly so, and the varying forms of animation keeps the viewers on their toes. With each new episode I found myself wondering ...

    Joint review of this series.
This anime series looked nice and is paced well however you feel as though the series was planned to be much longer than two 12 episode anime. The storyline is something out of an old video game and had me stopping every few episodes to play a few minutes to play one of them.

this is a must watch anime
So there i was looking through the anime list and found this one, that 1st episode threw me, but by the time i got done with the second i was hooked. The storyline was epic and i am a hardcore gamer and this anime felt like it was bringing me back to my roots of gaming playing zelda and final fantasy, the old ones. lol but ya this anime is more a long anime moive then anything else. the music was ...

    Mission 1: Defeat Druaga
Adapted from fantasy-adventure arcade game, "Tower of Druaga" had became anime series that divided into two season (with 12 episodes each). The first one is "Tower of Druaga - The Aegis of Uruk" and the second season have tittle with "Sword of Uruk".The story used ancient Babylonia kingdom as basic background storyline, that's why the name of 'Uruk, then 'summer of Anu' had many times mentioned. ...

    awesome-o saurus (00)
definitely a sweet series marking a point where you use simple basic out line of a fairytale and juice it up with anime, random moments, love triangle, and answers plenty of 'what ifs' in games which is has soundly logic to the effect. all in all, its awesome-o. stoagy stamp of approval

I was skeptical at first but now I see this show as what it really is. Greatness.
This is the first season to one of my new favorite anime. I was very unsure about this series until i started watching and i was just completely blown away! I have seen many anime and almost none of which even compare to this one. This show is a MUST WATCH. I'm just sorry i didn't watch it sooner. It's amazing for those who love action and adventure, along with a love story.

    A very enjoyable anime
The Tower of DRUAGA series is based off of a game, so it will mostly like remind you of your typical MMORPG. (You know, monsters, character classes, rare items, and such). However even though it is based off a game it is a very well made anime. For me, even though it was a short anime, it was very much enjoyable and the episodes seemed longer than they actually are. (I guess due to them ...

    Very nice Fantasy-Adventure Anime!
    Storyline:
The story isn't really deep like in other Fantasy-Adventure Animes (like Fullmetal Alchemist for example), but at least does it has a story. And not a bad one at all.
The whole story is mixed with RPG-Elements like forming groups, hunting monsters, classes like mage, archer and so on. And because it is an Anime from a Game (or Sequel) you may think: "Oh no, just another ...

Wow.. and this used to be a Game!
I think this show shows that already existing things can be made into good stories.

The story was gripping from the time i watched episode 2. the first episode was a silly and warm welcome to a series that gradually becomes darker as you watch each episode.

The music wasn't horrible, but it didn't really help any of the moods portrayed in this anime.

The characters were both easy to ...

A nice little fanstasy anime for RPG nerds.
The story does a good job of pit the good vs. the evil. It leaves no question who they hero, and it provides charismatic enemies and supporting characters just like a good RPG. In top of that is has good comedy IMO. It can be somewhat ridiculous at times, but I kind of like that. But it is mostly about serious plot twists. i really loved the first episode (it may be my favorite) but the story ...
