Facing his demons, Rikuo wrestles with his despair over android artists and his own dreams of playing the piano. Meanwhile,Masaki simmers with anger after finding alarming hints that androids are being developed to handle childcare. Can Rikuo and Masaki retain their humanity as they struggle to define themselves in a world populated with androids?
What a truly beautiful anime. I loved how each episode built up to this precise moment. So full of emotion and depth, it truly touched me. I cannot wait to see how it ends though honestly wish it continued on at least a bit longer.
Rather loved this episode. Sammy is a lot cuter with her hair up.
I wonder, in the scene were Rikuo and Sammy were walking in the ran, did Rikuo grab the umbrella back, or did Sammy hand it back before the girls saw them?
The scene with the umbrella was pitiful. Very real though, if you brought something new to life humans would be typically ignorant and discriminate against it. It is the history of humanity after all.
