    Is This the Real Life, Is It Just Fantasy?
    I have to wonder if this is what someone actually believes is a romantic depiction of a modern woman living in Tokyo. It seemed to me it was less about showing the flamboyant lifestyles of people living here, and more about lousy sexual encounters in the dark, cramped confines of hotels and massage parlors.

    Dark, depressing, and great
    First off, this is really for mature audiences only.

    I made it through the first part, and it was quite depressing, but such great film. It doesn't take any sides, like prostitution is bad, or any moral stance for that matter. It just tells a sad story, that has a middle-aged salary woman transform from a boring office worker into a high class prostitute on the side at night. I have ...
