What a gem! I wish there were more josei titles like this (there are too many anime series starring high school students and frankly, high school students are boring). Daikichi is a hero! (at least until you finish the manga?) O__o

I really liked this anime a lot. I read the manga as well after seeing some comments. I liked it even with the ending. They weren't related so there was really a problem even if it was a little strange. It reminds me of Marmalade Boy.

I wish there's more episodes but I'm happy the anime didn't follow the manga. That time jump halfway through and unrealistic ending ruined it.

The manga ending wouldn't have bothered me as much if she wasn't related to him. I mean, it's still unnerving with the huge age gap but she's his aunt. I just don't get the incest thing that's prevalent in some manga.

I don't really care what anyone else thinks, as a middle aged woman I liked the manga even the ending. I'm not 12 so it doesn't weird me out per say. I can actually think about it and I have a psychological advantage as well.

I love this series but made the mistake of checking out the Manga to see where it ends up. That ending turns into just another fantasy for middle aged men, and kind of a creepy one since he raised her.
