    Vividred Operation, a fun series
I'm greatly displeased at the negative reviews, but I have to remember that the majority of them are either in their teens or early twenties and so can't see anything but the surface.
Vividred Operation is NOT a rehash of Strike Witches, Because the girls didn't have any " Powers " to begin with, But they're given these powers through technology of their time, Their costume/uniforms or " ...

    This series is lacking....
Vivid red takes place in the near future in a time of global peace. The world revolves around the Manifestation Engine, which gives unlimited amounts of power to the rest of the world. However, beings known as the "Alone" appear and start to target the manifestation engine.

    Characters:
All the characters seemed to get-along way too damn well... With the exception of Rei, who just ignored ...

    It could have been better
I had hoped Vividred Op would be as good as Strike Witches. It wasn't. Very rarely was I not aware that they're school uniforms were panties and some kind of military dress uniform shirt. How hot is that island anyway?!? The premise was interesting enough and I was most interested in the character of grandpa than any of the girls. The writing could have been better and most of the last ...

    Not what I was expecting
The whole idea behind this show: Magical girls created by Science. An alien race that only these girls can fight, flying bikes and a new energy source making the whole world peaceful. The whole world this story is set in is brilliant and well thought out. But I was greatly disappointed in the way this show is portrayed.

After watching 2 episodes, I had to stop. The reason? The ...

    Vividred--Final Operation Review
I wasn't quite sure what I expected the first time I opened this show. The basic premise--world in danger, young girl acquires tremendous power and good-naturedly attempts to save it with her newly-powerful friends--isn't anything new, but it stays well inside its premise without haring off into other genres.

It's not for everyone, though. One of the earliest shots of the show has the main ...

Want something Unique? This isn't it.
Like the title says, if you want something unique, you'd best look elsewhere. This anime is about as Generic as it comes both in terms of plot and characters. It also feels quite rushed and there's no real character development over the course of the 12 episodes (Of course, it could be argued that it was too short for any real development).

The characters are one dimensional and really ...

    Mix a bit of everything
This anime looks similar to Strike witches since the school uniforms have no pants nor skirts, only panties! And they have super power through some new technology. Another thing, when they transform the first thing come to my mind is Sailor Moon. It's like they put these 2 animes together. I can't say the anime is not good. I enjoyed it but I really felt like I was watching SW/SM-like series.

    Sailor Moon meets Power Rangers
The first time I saw the girls transform, I immediately was reminded of Sailor Moon, but the coloured outfits reminded me of power rangers. The show also had that whole kids out having fun, oh no... evil monster appeared! let's go crush it vibe that gets a bit repetitive.

I felt there was decent character development and would likely watch another season if there ever was one.

    Their choice ...

    Ordinary and just cliche junk
Simple anime with people who transform and fight the bad people with technology
Tries to stand out with seeming all scientific, but really just goes on being extremely cliche and nothing stands out
Also the anime has fan serverice which is retarded as who wants to watch little girls in bloomers?
Im not a pedophile and I hope your not either
    Your better off watching sentai
