  • can't find better characters
This is one of those random shows I just started watching because I was taking advantage of the crunchyroll library. I'm so glad there is currently a third season airing. Each one of these characters has different quirks and traits and they blend together so well within this anime. I makes it hard to really pick a favorite character. Even the very first episode had me hooked from go. This show is ...

  • #%^@#$%&#%^&!!!!!!!!
It's been 5 years since this anime has been out, and I can't believe that I haven't watched it until now!

Goodness this is such a jewel.

It has comedy, romance, and characters that you will never hate. Highly recommend for those who want to break out of the shounen mold if only for a while.

  • The Seinfeld of Anime
This is what anime at its finest looks like. The Slice of Life Seinfeld level comedy demonstrates how far anime has come in the last few years and how far apart the quality of its comedy is from its competitors. The casting is top tier, the dialogue and delivery are not just good but perfected. The timing is one of the things that makes this show, knowing when and when not to do something is ...

  • Increasingly addictive!!!
I find myself watching this show time and time again. It seems to have a little bit of everything from romance to a guy always getting punched in the face. Once you start watching this show you wont want to stop. There always seems to be something going on at this restaurant and its strange staff.

A slice-of-life/screwball comedy that does a lot of things right
One thing I noticed right away is Wagnaria/Working (whatever it's called) doesn't take place in Tokyo (for once), it takes place in Hokkaido. The different scenery is a nice change of pace. Also, this isn't a "normal guy is thrust into a group of weirdos" scenario - he's just as weird as everyone else. It has rom-com elements, as you might expect, but the romances are actually rather sweet ...

    Working! at Wagnaria
I'll be honest; two episodes into Wagnaria, I almost gave up on it. As I put it at the time, "watching Working! feels like work." Now I'm finishing up the second season and preparing for the third, and I've got to say: don't walk away from this one early.

This is a refreshing and comedic slice of life. Things happen somewhat slowly: the first few episodes introduce us to the main characters, ...

  • Still trying to catch my breath...
...after laughing so much while I watched Working!! If you are in need of a good laugh and/or an enjoyable anime in general, I highly recommend this one. It is a wonderful slice of life comedy set in a restaurant. Even people who typically avoid slice of life anime should be able to enjoy Working!!. The characters and animation are very well done and I enjoyed watching every second immensely. It ...

  • Season 3 would make it better!
    Where do I start?

First, I am a fan of funny, slice of life with romantic hints on the side stories. This anime hit the spot!

All the characters are well-thought of - the voices were superb and the story that put them together, awesome!

It was interesting how they all came together and became part of the restaurant staff. The story was ridiculously absurd yet with so much hints of reality ...

    A Fundamentally Hillarious Show
Wagnaria as a whole (meaning both seasons) was one of the most consistently funny slice of life shows that I have had the pleasure to watch. Every episode had moments that cracked me up, and it never felt stale, like they were struggling for material. While not heavy on plot, the show hits the right notes in terms of humor. I heartily recommend it and hope for a third season someday!
