    Extreme Exercise Regimen
I've tried several work-out programs, but this is by far the most intense work-out that I've ever done. Move aside P90X this program means business. The instructor is nice to look at, but she tries to guilt trip me about my .5% body fat. If I had one complaint it would be about the aggressive diet that she is trying to push on me. I normally do a 1:2 ratio of Pizza to Ice Cream, but she is pushing ...

Feel the Burn, embrace the burn.
I never thought an anime girl would be telling me to do push ups and I'd actually be listening.
Was a cute, fun, lighthearted series, and it didn't take the fan service too far. I think I'll keep up with it as reminder to exercise.

I watched it. I did the work out. No sweat. Max gains, bro. Same time next week?

Interesting potential, but useless fanservice execution.
On the 10-billionth "moe girls doing normal things in uncomfortably sexualized ways" of the year series, what could have been an interesting and legitimately motivating (anime exercises! \O/ ) anime turns into a test of how many creepy angles you can get out of a girl doing a workout routine with her friends.

P90x is NOTHING compared to this
I've done many exercise programs in my life. I've done insanity, p90x, and many others. Before this, there was no exercise video that gave me the hard results I wanted. Even when combined with weight loss pills, I only lost 5 pounds over a few months.
This video series was different. After doing the crunches as expected I could feel my six pack wanting to burst through my Buddha.

    Something ...

    So cute, So effective
If you are looking to exercise anything but your right arm, I have bad news for you.
But in all seriousness, this is a pretty cute show I initially thought that this was gonna be dumb but there is just something tasteful about the way that the fan service is being handled. Now, when I first watched this after about 30 seconds I was bored, but then one day I decided to start exercising and for ...

    Absolutely Heretical
This show takes you on a first person journey as you live amongst a harem of 10-year-old strippers who constantly attempt to get your cheeto-stained backside to get up and do some exercise by moaning furiously while doing 10 squats, while you, in return, attempt to see up their skirts and ogle their rears while presumably mouthbreathing heavily and fogging up your creepy pedophile glasses. The ...

    100 Push-Ups, 100 Sit-Ups, 10 km Run EVERYDAY
This show has inspired me to be a hero for fun and to train until all my hair falls out and I become the strongest hero in the world. Oh wait. This isn't OPM. This is moe exercise girls. So like 10 Push-Ups, 10 Sit-Ups, 0 km Sleep EVERYDAY. Well, it's still alright.

Great for what it is, but what is it exactly?
A moe exercise short featuring cute girls with interesting personalities. While the intent of the show is to get you exercising, some routines fail to offer a creative or interesting workout routine that will actually get you moving. It's more of a comedy that shows some skin and offers some laughs, with a bit of style and personality. It's a pleasant show that manages to keep one interested ...

My anime short can't be this effortless!
How can something so effortless be greenlit by a studio? It's silly (not in a funny way) and devoid of any content.

If you want to watch something about exercise, then you might as well just watch the live action 3dpd ones from the 80's because those are at least sincere about what they are doing. This is: no plot, not comedy, not about exercise. Every episode stretches the limit of the term ...

Fun for what it is, exercise fan service.
There are a lot of things that can be said about this show, but I feel that credit should be given where credit is due. It's fun for what it is. A three minute exercise based fan service show. A lot of the moves they are introducing are legit, and for the most part there advice on form is spot on. Though I know some people would take issue with the squats not going below parallel. Either way if ...
