Second-year junior high school student Murao Jumpei was fascinated by ballet as a boy but gave up on dancing after his father's death, turning to the more "manly" Jeet Kune Do instead. One day, his classmate, Godai Miyako, realizes that he is interested in ballet and invites him to do ballet with her. Jumpei starts frequenting her mother's ballet studio, and his old passion for ballet is revived, leading him to take ballet lessons, but then-- An aloof genius who has undergone special ballet training, Mori Luou, appears before Jumpei.
